My day-of coordination service is designed for couples who have planned their wedding themselves and are looking for support and management in the final lead up to the big day, and especially on the day itself.
It starts with a consultation six weeks before your wedding day, whereby I get to know you as a couple and your plans for your wedding. From here, I introduce myself to your suppliers, liaise with them on your behalf and create a detailed schedule for your wedding day.
On the day of your wedding, I will be there to coordinate your suppliers, manage the set up and styling of your venue and oversee the day from start to finish, leaving you to relax and enjoy your wonderfully memorable day. You can count on me to keep you on time and make sure the wedding you have worked so hard planning is just as you envisioned it to be.

Partial Planning
Package Two is designed for couples who have planned their wedding for the most part but need help finding those final few vendors that will elevate their wedding day to the unique occasion they envision it to be.
I will help you find up to four vendors, in the categories of your choice and according to your budget. Do you want reliable firework providers? The wedding cake of your dreams? Entertainment for your littlest guests? I know the best providers in their fields.
Along with all my advice and support in the lead up to your wedding, everything included in my Day-Of Coordination package is also included in this Partial Organisation package.

Package Three includes the entire organisation of your wedding, from picking a date to sending you down the aisle.
In our first meeting we will discuss your vision for your wedding. I will then go away and work tirelessly to bring your dream wedding to life.
I will bring you the best vendors, verify contracts, give you precious advice, monitor your budget and design your wedding down to the smallest details with your approval every step of the way. I will also be there on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly, managing everything from preparations to keeping your day on schedule, and so much more!
